Product Overview:

The OFSCN® 800°C capillary seamless steel tube distributed fiber optic temperature sensor consists of fiber optic connectors, multi-layer nested stainless seamless steel tubes, and high-temperature resistant single-mode/multi-mode optical fibers. This product features high sensitivity, fast thermal conductivity, good accuracy, compact size, light weight, high tensile strength, high compressive strength, resistance to high temperatures/corrosion/water/moisture, and is free of flammable materials. The working temperature range is from -200℃ to +800℃, and it can reach 1000℃ in the short term.


This type of sensors is suitable for various distributed fiber optic temperature sensing systems (DTS), including but not limited to Brillouin scattering (BOTDR, BOTDA, BOFDR, etc.) fiber optic temperature measurement systems, Rayleigh scattering and Raman scattering (FOTDR, FOFDR, ROTDR, ROFDR, etc.) fiber optic temperature measurement systems. In principle, this sensor is a universal product and does not have compatibility issues with demodulation equipment.

Users and engineering companies can insert, clip, surface mount, glue, or embed this sensor into the structure to be measured for temperature detection and monitoring.
