Conector de Fibra Óptica de 120 °C - Conector de Fibra Óptica de Alta Temperatura - FC/ST/SMA - PC/APC

This product is a series of high-temperature resistant fiber optic Conectores (optical fiber Conectores) that can withstand up to 120°C, produced by Beijing Dacheng Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (short for DCYS). The types of fiber optic interfaces include FC, ST, SMA. The usable fibers include single-mode fiber, multimode fiber, polarization-maintaining fiber, microstructured fiber, and others.

The 120°C high-temperature resistant fiber optic Conectores are suitable for various high&low temperature resistant fiber optic patch cords, fiber optic pigtails, optical fiber grating sensors, and distributed optical fiber sensors. Product brand is OFSCN®.

In conjunction with products of different temperature grades, the OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products produced by DCYS uses fiber optic Conectores (fiber optic interfaces) with different temperature resistance levels. The main types of these fiber optic Conectores (fiber optic interfaces) include:

Ⅰ. Conector de Fibra Óptica FC Monomodo, Multimodo y Mantenedor de Polarización Resistente a Alta Temperatura de 120 °C - Incluye dos tipos de interfaz de fibra óptica: FC/PC y FC/APC

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 120℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include FC/PC and FC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is 120°C.

The OFSCN® capillary 120℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC fiber optic connector is one of the most common fiber optic Conectores in DCYS's products. Its ends come in PC and APC forms, compatible with product conventional diameters of 0.9mm and 2.0mm, and customizable diameters of 0.6mm and 3.0mm.

II.  Monomodo, Multimodo y Mantenedor de Polarización Resistente a Alta Temperatura de 120 °C ST Conector de Fibra Óptica - Incluye tipos de interfaz de fibra óptica ST/PC y ST/APC

Este tipo de conector se fija mediante bayoneta (girar media vuelta después de la inserción), utilizando una estructura metálica que no se desliza fácilmente cuando se somete a fuerza.

III.  Conector de Fibra Óptica SMA Monomodo, Multimodo y Mantenedor de Polarización Resistente a Alta Temperatura de 120 °C - Incluye interfaz de fibra óptica SMA905, etc.

DCYS can also produce SMA fiber optic Conectores in various sizes.

Due to material limitations, the maximum temperature resistance of the SC fiber optic Conectores and LC fiber optic Conectores used in OFSCN® series fiber optic sensing/communication products is only 65°C.

IV. Monomodo, Multimodo y Resistente a Alta Temperatura de 65 °C y Conector de Fibra Óptica SC Mantenedor de Polarización- Incluye tipos de interfaz de fibra óptica SC/PC y SC/APC

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 65℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include SC/PC and SC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is generally from -40℃ to +65℃.

This type of connector  is commonly used at the client end. It features a plug-and-play interface with a rectangular shell and a locking mechanism that does not require rotation. The SC standard square fiber optic Conectores (fiber optic interfaces) produced by DCYS can be directly plugged and unplugged for easy use. They are made of high-quality engineering plastic, which is resistant to moderate and low temperatures and is not easily oxidized. It is important to note that the SC fiber optic interface (fiber optic connector) can easily slip out when subjected to force.

V. Conector de Fibra Óptica LC Monomodo, Multimodo y Mantenedor de Polarización Resistente a Alta Temperatura de 65 °C - Incluye tipos de interfaz de fibra óptica LC/PC y LC/APC

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 65℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include LC/PC and LC/APC fiber optic interface types. The standard operating temperature range is typically from -40℃ to +65℃.

This type of Conectores are often used at the client side. They are plug-and-play interfaces with a rectangular shell and a locking mechanism that does not require rotation. The LC standard optical fiber Conectores (fiber optic interfaces) produced by DCYS can be directly plugged and unplugged, making them convenient to use. The materials used are high-quality engineering plastics that are resistant to moderate and low temperatures, and are not prone to oxidation. It is important to note that the LC fiber optic interface (fiber optic connector) can easily slip out when subjected to force.
