This product is a series of high-temperature resistant fiber optic connectors (optical fiber connectors) that can withstand up to 100°C, produced by Beijing Dacheng Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (short for DCYS). The types of fiber optic interfaces include FC, LC, SC, ST, SMA. The usable fibers include single-mode fiber, multimode fiber, polarization-maintaining fiber, microstructured fiber, and others.

 

The 100°C high-temperature resistant fiber optic connectors are suitable for various high&low temperature resistant fiber optic jumpers, fiber optic pigtails, optical fiber grating sensors, distributed optical fiber sensors, and sensing cables produced by DCYS, which utilize a stainless seamless steel pipe structure. DCYS has launched a series of optical fiber protection products with independent intellectual property rights. The OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube series use 100℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include FC/PC and FC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is long-term 100°C and short-term 120°C.


The OFSCN® capillary 100℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC fiber optic connector is one of the most common fiber optic connectors in DCYS's products. Its ends come in PC and APC forms, compatible with product conventional diameters of 0.9mm and 2.0mm, and customizable diameters of 0.6mm and 3.0mm.


This type of connector is fastened with a screw thread, which does not easily slip off when subjected to force.

 

II. 65℃ High Temperature Resistant Single-Mode, Multi-Mode, and and Polarization-Maintaining SC Fiber Optic Connector- Includes SC/PC and SC/APC fiber optic interface types

The OFSCN® capillary seamless steel tube series use 65℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining SC fiber optic connector, which include SC/PC and SC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is generally from -40℃ to +65℃.


This type of connector  is commonly used at the client end. It features a plug-and-play interface with a rectangular shell and a locking mechanism that does not require rotation. The SC standard square fiber optic connectors (fiber optic interfaces) produced by DCYS can be directly plugged and unplugged for easy use. They are made of high-quality engineering plastic, which is resistant to moderate and low temperatures and is not easily oxidized. It is important to note that the SC fiber optic interface (fiber optic connector) can easily slip out when subjected to force.
