120°C Glasfasersteckverbinder - Hochtemperatur-Lichtwellenleitersteckverbinder - FC/ST/SMA - PC/APC

This product is a series of high-temperature resistant fiber optic Steckverbinder (optical fiber Steckverbinder) that can withstand up to 120°C, produced by Beijing Dacheng Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (short for DCYS). The types of fiber optic interfaces include FC, ST, SMA. The usable fibers include single-mode fiber, multimode fiber, polarization-maintaining fiber, microstructured fiber, and others.

The 120°C high-temperature resistant fiber optic Steckverbinder are suitable for various high&low temperature resistant fiber optic patch cords, fiber optic pigtails, optical fiber grating sensors, and distributed optical fiber sensors. Product brand is OFSCN®.

Ⅰ. 120°C hochtemperaturbeständiger Einmoden-, Mehrmoden- und polarisationserhaltender FC-Glasfasersteckverbinder – umfasst FC/PC und FC/APC, zwei Arten von Glasfaserschnittstellen

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 120℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include FC/PC and FC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is 120°C.

The OFSCN® capillary 120℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC fiber optic connector is one of the most common fiber optic Steckverbinder in DCYS's products. Its ends come in PC and APC forms, compatible with product conventional diameters of 0.9mm and 2.0mm, and customizable diameters of 0.6mm and 3.0mm.

Dieser Steckverbindertyp wird mit einem Schraubgewinde befestigt, das sich bei Krafteinwirkung nicht leicht löst.

II.  120°C hochtemperaturbeständig, Einmoden-, Mehrmoden- und polarisationserhaltend ST Glasfasersteckverbinder – umfasst ST/PC- und ST/APC-Glasfaserschnittstellentypen

Dieser Steckverbindertyp wird per Bajonett befestigt (nach dem Einstecken eine halbe Umdrehung drehen) und verwendet eine Metallstruktur, die sich bei Krafteinwirkung nicht leicht löst.

III.  120°C hochtemperaturbeständiger Einmoden-, Mehrmoden- und polarisationserhaltender SMA-Glasfasersteckverbinder – umfasst SMA905-Glasfaserschnittstelle usw.

DCYS can also produce SMA fiber optic Steckverbinder in various sizes.

Due to material limitations, the maximum temperature resistance of the SC fiber optic Steckverbinder and LC fiber optic Steckverbinder used in OFSCN® series fiber optic sensing/communication products is only 65°C.

Ⅳ. 65°C hochtemperaturbeständig, Einmoden-, Mehrmoden- und und polarisationserhaltender SC-Glasfasersteckverbinder- umfasst SC/PC- und SC/APC-Glasfaserschnittstellentypen

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 65℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include SC/PC and SC/APC fiber optic interface types. Their standard operating temperature is generally from -40℃ to +65℃.

This type of connector  is commonly used at the client end. It features a plug-and-play interface with a rectangular shell and a locking mechanism that does not require rotation. The SC standard square fiber optic Steckverbinder (fiber optic interfaces) produced by DCYS can be directly plugged and unplugged for easy use. They are made of high-quality engineering plastic, which is resistant to moderate and low temperatures and is not easily oxidized. It is important to note that the SC fiber optic interface (fiber optic connector) can easily slip out when subjected to force.

Ⅴ. 65°C hochtemperaturbeständiger Einmoden-, Mehrmoden- und polarisationserhaltender LC-Glasfasersteckverbinder – einschließlich LC/PC- und LC/APC-Glasfaserschnittstellentypen

The OFSCN® Series Fiber Optic Sensing/Communication Products use 65℃ high-temperature resistant single-mode, multi-mode and polarization-maintaining FC optical fiber connector, which include LC/PC and LC/APC fiber optic interface types. The standard operating temperature range is typically from -40℃ to +65℃.

This type of Steckverbinder are often used at the client side. They are plug-and-play interfaces with a rectangular shell and a locking mechanism that does not require rotation. The LC standard optical fiber Steckverbinder (fiber optic interfaces) produced by DCYS can be directly plugged and unplugged, making them convenient to use. The materials used are high-quality engineering plastics that are resistant to moderate and low temperatures, and are not prone to oxidation. It is important to note that the LC fiber optic interface (fiber optic connector) can easily slip out when subjected to force.
